Check-in time is from 2pm on your day of arrival and check-out is by 11am on your day of departure.

All our accommodation is smoke-free indoors.
No pets please
We don't allow our guests to bring pets.
Repairs or replacements
Guests will be charged for any repairs or replacements required because of damage to our property during their stay.
• To secure your booking we require your first night to be paid as deposit, with the balance payable on check in.
• Payments via American Express or Diners club cards will attract a 3% surcharge
• All prices include GST
• The guest will be liable for the cost of repairs or replacements in the event of damage to, or loss of property caused by the guest during their stay. This cost is deductible from the credit card nominated at the time of booking.
• Cancellations must be advised a minimum of 8 days, or more, prior to reservation date for a full refund of payments made, less a $30 cancellation fee. Shorter notice will result in forfeiture of full booking charge.
• If you fail to turn up for your booking, this will be treated as a cancellation.
All our rates are subject to change without notice. Please confirm rates before making your booking. Rates are firm at time of deposit, but for advance bookings, may be subject to change.
We have facilities for major credit cards and eftpos, and we accept direct deposits.
