Check-in and checkout time

Check-in time is from 2pm on your day of arrival and check-out is by 11am on your day of departure.

Earlier check-in and later check out may be arranged beforehand. Please contact us to discuss.

No smoking

All our accommodation is smoke-free indoors.

Pet policy

Where possible we allow guests to bring pets but please contact us to discuss beforehand.

Repairs or replacements

Guests will be charged for any repairs or replacements required because of damage to our property during their stay.

Payment Policy

  • To secure your booking we require your first night to be paid as deposit, with the balance payable prior to check-in.
  • Payments via American Express or Diners club cards will attract a 3% surcharge.
  • All prices include GST.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be advised a minimum of 8 days, or more, prior to reservation date for a full refund of payments made, less a $30 cancellation fee. Shorter notice will result in forfeiture of full booking charge.
  • If you fail to turn up for your booking, this will be treated as a cancellation.

Rates

All our rates are subject to change without notice. Please confirm rates before making your booking. Rates are firm at time of deposit, but for advance bookings, may be subject to change.

We have facilities for major credit cards and EFTPOS.

We accept cash upon arrival but please contact us to arrange beforehand.

Internet banking transfer is our preffered method of payment. Please check your booking confirmation email for details.

Guests property

Any property left after checkout can be mailed back to the rightful owner for a cost of $20. Please contact us to discuss.
